It provides all categories of sale function services to business that have less than 15 salespersons, and gross revenues between 2 and 150M US. Issue/Needs Addressed: SMB do not have the resources: Time, Talent, Money to provide high quality oversight of their sales functions. The issue is consistency and highly skilled oversight.
Solution/VP Prop: Provide a fractional sales enablement specialist, business leaders able to focus on areas of expertise running the business. Because sales processes are consistent across all business types, a fractional model can be effectively deployed or scaled.
We use various tools to help identify areas of waste to fund the sales growth, like PRofit Accelerator and OMG for selection of reps.
