Atmospheric and Vacuum Crude Oil Distillation Solutions
Our advanced crude oil distillation unit (CDU) is designed to efficiently separate crude oil into its valuable components using both atmospheric and vacuum distillation techniques. In the atmospheric distillation process, the crude oil is heated and vaporized at atmospheric pressure to extract lighter fractions.
The remaining heavy residue is processed under vacuum conditions, which reduces the boiling point and preserves the quality of the heavier fractions.
